Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal information this website collects, why, and what you can do about it. It is written in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect
When you send an appointment request, we receive the details you enter:
- name, mobile number and, if you give it, email address
- the patient’s age
- type of visit, area of concern, and preferred date and time
- any short message you add
- your agreement to be contacted
When you browse the website, we do not ask for or store any personal information. The website does not set cookies of its own.
Why we use it
Your appointment request is used only to contact you about your appointment and to arrange your visit, and is shared with the clinic reception for that purpose. It is not used for marketing, and it is never sold or shared with anyone else.
Services that handle your information
- Formspree (formspree.io) receives the appointment form and forwards it by email. Formspree processes the information on our behalf and stores it on servers outside India.
- Cloudflare hosts this website. It also provides visitor statistics that do not use cookies and do not identify you, for example how many people visited a page.
- Google Maps, YouTube and Instagram are loaded only when you choose to show a map or play a video. When you do, those companies may collect information under their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
Appointment requests are kept only as long as needed to arrange your appointment and any follow-up. They are then deleted from the form service and the email inbox. Your medical records at the hospital are managed separately under the hospital’s own policies.
Your rights
You can ask to:
- see the personal information we hold about you
- correct it if it is wrong
- have it deleted
- withdraw your agreement to be contacted
To do any of these, or to raise a concern, email suraga.b@gmail.com. We will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
If the patient is under 18, a parent or guardian should send the appointment request.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
